A range of White Pressed cardboard trays lined with PLA material
The containers are made from pure cellulose fiber (CA) lined with a clear plant based film lining (PLA) which makes them both waterproof and greaseproof
Both elements are manufactured from managed renewable sources and are most importantly – biodegradable and compostable
Unlike many other ‘cardboard trays’ where the lining film has to be removed BEFORE they can be consigned to the ’compost heap’ ….these do NOT need to be separated!
All trays are thermo-sealable and printed with generic use instructions in English/Italian/Frech/German and Spanish
However, the containers can be customised to include customers Name, Brand. Logo’s etc – but are subject to a minimum print order quantity
Technical Properties of Trays
• Flexibility: eliminates damage and or breakages
• Resistant to aqueous substances and all organic and inorganic materials such as oil, fat etc
• Odourless and flavourless finish
• Suitable for reheating in both Microwave and conventional ovens for upto +200 o/c for 30 minutes
• Suitable for freezer down to -40 o/c
• Products meet Criteria laid down by FSC
• Products certified by TUV Austria in accordance with the EU norm UNI EN13432 equivalent BRC
