The 190 x 137mm  – 1 Cavity Heat Sealing Die is an essential component for Top Seal and can be used with ALL large DeliPAK trays.

Sealing Dies are the bridge between container and machine which allows for a film to be completely sealed around the edges of as given tray. There are multiple Sealing Dies, each suited to different sized containers – dies can be changed within seconds as the system operates on a simple grid of location posts

One of the main benefits of top-seal is that the container/tray unit price can be a lot lower than a similar-sized container with rigid lids. Aside from saving money, top-seal trays provide an exciting and diverse opportunity to package products in a different way that rivals many Supermarket suppliers.  This method of sealing is simple, quick and economical….trays can be sealed in seconds !

This product is manufactured from 18m thick anodized aluminum, and features a Film Cutter device .
