500ml Rectangular Top Seal Cardboard CA-PLA Trays

The Compostable 500ml Rectangular Cardboard CA-PLA Trays provide a secure and cost-effective method of packaging whilst maintaining a high standard of quality.

One of the main benefits of top-seal is that the unit price can be a lot lower than a similar-sized container and pre-formed lid!  Aside from saving money, these BioPAK trays provide an exciting opportunity to package ready meals, takeaways, and other food items in an exciting, professional, and sustainable manner.

They can be supplied in white or black (on demand only), as per your request.

All products are safe for use in the microwave, oven,( > 200 o/c for max 30 mins ), and freezer ( -40 o/c )

All trays come display printed with multi-language instructions OR can be custom printed employing the customer’s own logo and instructions etc ( MOQ – 4 pallets equivalent)

This product can be sealed with our  #3132 Manual Sealing Machine, die  SD1914-1, and lidding film  AND  also our CB2 Automatic heat-sealing machine and lidding film

All our products are certified by the ISO and BRC industry-standard-recognized food institutions.

PLEASE NOTE: BOTH TRAY + FILM ARE 100% COMPOSTABLE AND DO NOT NEED TO BE SEPARATED – AS WITH MOST OTHER RECYCLABLE CARDBOARD TRAYS
