925ml Rectangular Black Top Seal PP TraysÂ
The 925ml Rectangular Black Top Seal PP Trays provide a secure and cost-effective method of packaging whilst maintaining high quality. All our products are certified by the ISO and BRC industry-standard recognised food institutions.
One of the main benefits of top-seal is that the unit price can be a lot lower than a similar-sized tamper evident container and lid. Aside from saving money, MenuPAK top-seal containers provide an exciting opportunity to package ready meals and other food goods in a professional package that can rival supermarket competitors.
The Operating temperature is  + 2 > 100 o/c which means that they are not suitable for the freezer or conventional oven. But are suitable for the microwave for a short time.
To seal this product you will need a sealing die, a heat-sealing machine and lidding film. Additional security can be achieved with a preformed lid.

Top Seal Trays
Top Seal Trays require heat sealing with lidding film.

- 1/2 Pallet = Â 16 Â Boxes x 360 Â = Â 5760 trays
- 1 Pallet  =  32 Boxes x 360  = 11,520 trays
