1500ml Rectangular Top Seal Clear PLA Trays

The Compostable 1500ml Rectangular PLA Trays provide a secure and cost-effective method of packaging whilst maintaining a very high standard of quality.

One of the main benefits of top-seal is that the unit price can be a lot lower than a similar-sized container and pre-formed lid!  Aside from saving money, these BioPAK trays provide an exciting opportunity to package chilled Ready Meals such as Salads, Fruit, Vegetables, and many other food items in an exciting, professional, and sustainable manner.

It exhibits extremely high clarity, a high degree of elasticity and is resistant to most organic and inorganic substances such as oil. fat etc plus it is odorless and flavorless.

Operating temperatures are 0 o/c > + 40 0/c

They are not suitable for use in either Microwaves OR conventional ovens

This product can be sealed with our #3132 Manual Heat Sealing Machine using our  SD-1914-1 Sealing Die and #4088 film  PLUS  can also be sealed using a CB2 Automatic heat-sealing machine and lidding film

All our products are certified by the ISO and BRC industry-standard-recognized food institutions.
