187x137x 25 > 63mm deep Rectangular Black Top Seal PP Tray

This series of  Black Rectangular Top Seal Trays provide a secure and cost-effective method of packaging whilst maintaining high quality.  Also available in Clear and assorted colours – subject to MOQ and leadtime

One of the main benefits of top-seal is that the unit price can be a lot lower than a similar-sized container with  rigid pre-formed lid.  Aside from saving money, MeatPAK  top-seal containers provide an exciting opportunity to package ready meals and other food goods in a professional package that can rival supermarket competitors.

Can be supplied with ‘soak pads’ if required – MOQ is normally a pallet and the average  lead time is 4 > 6 weeks

This makes them ideal for packing Sausages, Meat, Poultry , Fish and many other similar food products

The Operating temperature is  + 2 > 110 o/c which means that they are suitable for use in the Microwave for a limited time but are NOT suitable for conventional ovens. 

All our products are certified by the ISO and BRC industry-standard recognised food institutions.

This product can be sealed with a sealing die SD1813-1, a manual heat-sealing machine 3132  and lidding film 3131 or our automatic heat-sealing machine and lidding film
