The 660ml 118mm Diameter Clear Round Top Seal PP Containers provide a secure and cost-effective method of packaging whilst providing a high-quality presentation Please note that they are also available in White on request – MOQ’s may apply
One of the main benefits of ‘top-seal’ is that the unit price can be a lot lower than a similar-sized container with a pre-formed lid. Aside from saving money, DairyPAK containers provide an exciting opportunity to package dairy-based products like cheeses, creams, and yogurts in a professional manner – producing a visual presentation that rivals supermarket competitors.
Although this product is very robust, it is thin-walled and therefore not suitable for microwave use
All our products are certified by the ISO and BRC industry-standard-recognized food institutions.
This product is 100% recyclable
To seal this product you will need a heat-sealing die, pre-cut foil lids, and a heat-sealing machine. Additional security can be achieved with a membrane lid.
This product can also be styled with either IML (In-Mould labels – which do not require a manual application), self-adhesive labels, OR cardboard sleeves. Please see the PRINTÂ tab above for more details.

Top Seal Trays require heat sealing with lidding film.
- 1 Box    =  300 containers
- 5 Boxes = 1,500 containers
- 1/2 Pallet = 8 Boxes = 2,400 containers
- 1 Pallet = 16 Boxes =4,800 containers
- 3 Pallets = 48 Boxes = 14,400 containers

Print Options
There are three main options available if you require the container to display an image, design, or label of your choosing, these are:
IML – In-Mould Labelling (IML) is when a label is inserted into the container during manufacturing. This method is ideal for products like snack tubs and soups.
- Minimum Order Quantity = 25,000. The print order can include a variety of designs.

Self-Adhesive – Self-adhesive labels are stickers that are designed and shaped to your desired spec and are fantastic for items like our salad trays and deli pots.
- Minimum Order Quantity = 1,000. The print order can include a full-colour photo within the design.
