Delivery and Shipping Information

Monday to Friday – 8.30 am till 5.00 pm

Saturday & Sunday – Closed

Warehouse Opening Hours

Monday to Friday – 9.00 am till 5.00 pm

Please note are Goods are only dispatched Monday to Friday. Goods ordered on weekends will not be dispatched before the following Monday. No Orders are processed over weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

How do I know if my item is in stock?
 
During the checkout process your basket will show any out of stock items as ‘Backordered’. Products that are stocked on a regular basis are described as a ‘standard stock item‘ whereas if the item is described as a ‘non standard stock item‘ we do stock this however it may only be in limited quantities or need to be specially shipped from our factory.
 
As such there may be a delay on non standard stock item orders. If you have any stock related queries, please call us on 01225 751898 where we will be happy to assist with any questions you may have.
 
Where is my order? (UK Mainland Only)
 
Orders that are placed before midday (12 pm) on Monday to Thursday will be dispatched via DHL on a 48 hour service unless outside of UK Mainland (Zone C & D). We do try to ensure this however exceptional circumstances (weather) may occur that can cause a delay to the order. If this was to happen, we would notify you accordingly.
 
Orders that are placed after midday (12 pm) Monday to Thursday will be picked and shipped out the following day.
 
During extremely busy holiday periods customers may have to wait up to 3 working days for delivery.
Orders that are placed on Friday Morning (before 12 pm) will be dispatched for a Monday delivery.
 

Orders that are placed on either Friday Afternoon (after 12pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday with standard delivery unless a premium option chosen

Can I collect my order?

Yes but this is subject to availability please call 01225 751898 to discuss.

Can I get Free Delivery?
 
We currently offer standard Free Delivery for all UK mainland orders (zone A & B only). Palletised delivery may incur surcharges. 
Surcharges apply to the geographical areas.

 PLEASE NOTE:

    • Saturdays and Sundays are non-working days.
    • Friday orders will be delivered the following week unless the conditions of the Saturday rate are met and paid for by midday (12 pm) Friday.

Pallet Shipping / Surcharges

Please note that pallet deliveries are currently taking approx 2-5 working days for UK Mainland, and 7-14 working days for Ireland, Scottish Islands & Highlands

Our pricing include standard shipping charges for full and half pallet consignments. Surcharges will apply. Please contact the sales office for more detail:

Please may we remind you that you have a right to refuse a damaged consignment. You do not have to accept delivery.
If you refuse the consignment, it will then be returned to the warehouse automatically and we can arrange to get replacement goods sent out to you.

If part of your consignment is damaged and you would like to accept it, please remember to sign stating how many boxes are damaged and take pictures before the pallet is broken down. We will need all this information to be able to raise a claim for any damaged goods. When you have broken the pallet down we will need specific pictures (please contact us for more information)

Please do not dispose of any damaged goods until a claim has been settled and we have notified you.
