Please note are Goods are only dispatched Monday to Friday. Goods ordered on weekends will not be dispatched before the following Monday. No Orders are processed over weekends or UK Bank Holidays.
Orders that are placed on either Friday Afternoon (after 12pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday with standard delivery unless a premium option chosen

- Saturdays and Sundays are non-working days.
- Friday orders will be delivered the following week unless the conditions of the Saturday rate are met and paid for by midday (12 pm) Friday.
Pallet Shipping / Surcharges
Please note that pallet deliveries are currently taking approx 2-5 working days for UK Mainland, and 7-14 working days for Ireland, Scottish Islands & Highlands
Our pricing include standard shipping charges for full and half pallet consignments. Surcharges will apply. Please contact the sales office for more detail:
Please may we remind you that you have a right to refuse a damaged consignment. You do not have to accept delivery.
If you refuse the consignment, it will then be returned to the warehouse automatically and we can arrange to get replacement goods sent out to you.
If part of your consignment is damaged and you would like to accept it, please remember to sign stating how many boxes are damaged and take pictures before the pallet is broken down. We will need all this information to be able to raise a claim for any damaged goods. When you have broken the pallet down we will need specific pictures (please contact us for more information)
