186 x 136 White Flat Board Lids – Top Seal

Introducing our 186 x 136 series of Sustainable flat Board Lids – the perfect eco-friendly packaging solution, designed to meet both your functional and sustainability needs. These top-seal lids are made from 285mu white pureboard and are 90% plastic-free, providing a range of benefits:

• These lids can be produced in virtually any size  ( though cutter charges may apply) AND will seal to a variety of materials ie  PP, Pet, CPet & Pressed Board trays
• Dual Ovenable & Freezer Safe: Will withstand temperatures from -40°C to +200 0/C , making them versatile for both frozen and cooked food applications.
• Available in three formats:   1) unprinted – suitable for those wishing to apply their own labels  ~ 2)  printed ‘thank you ..’ ,  specially designed for the Takeaway Market,  and finally 3)  customised print to suit clients requirements
• Customised Design:  print in four colours based on flat line Artwork provided OR client has the option to use our inhouse Graphic Design facilities
• Print quantities: available from as little as 5,000 pcs per design > 100,000 all based on tier pricing structure
• Reproduction Costs may apply @ £100.00 per design – please check with Sales Office
• Latest tests show that a ‘peelable’ feature can be achieved by sealing at circa 160 o/c with a dwell time of approx 6 secs.  If left longer then the result rapidly becomes a ‘weld seal’.
• Biodegradable: Made from sustainable materials, these Lids are an environmentally responsible choice that breaks down naturally.
