Product Overview:

• Material: Universal 101 PET 50/12 Clear PCR Film
  • Contains at least 30% recycled material.
  • Available in pre-cut sizes for round containers with diameters of 95mm or 115mm.
  • Includes a pull-tab feature for easy removal.

Features:

1. Seal Compatibility:
   • Compatible with a wide range of materials: APET, CPET (without APET seal layer), PVC, PP, PE, PLA, HDPE, OPS, HIPS, PS, ABS, Aluminum, coated/uncoated paper, unglazed pottery, and glass.
   • Forms a strong peelable seal ideal for retail purposes.
2. Sealing Process:
   • Achieved via heat sealing at 160–180°C for short dwell times.
   • Produces a leak proof peelable seal.
3. Convenient Resealing:
   • After the film lid is removed, containers can be resealed with rigid snap-on lids for storage.
4. Customisations:
   • Other sizes and colors available (subject to MOQ and potential cutter costs).
   • Printed film lids can display logos, branding, or product details (MOQ applies).
