The Q-Top Universal 101 PET23 is a premium coated polyester (PET) lidding film engineered specifically for Pressed Board trays. Designed to deliver a secure, leak-proof and air-tight seal, this high-performance top seal film performs reliably even at short sealing dwell times — helping improve packing efficiency without compromising seal integrity.

With exceptional slip properties and a low-temperature melt coating, this film is ideal for peelable lidding applications, including ready meals, chilled foods, and takeaway packaging.

🔧 Sealing Guidelines

For most monolayer materials:

• Temperature: 160–220°C

• Dwell time: 1 second

• Pressure: 5 bar

Recommended for Pressed Board (PET lined) trays:

• Temperature: 180–200°C

• Dwell time: >5 seconds

• Pressure: Minimum 5 bar
