When will my order be dispatched for standard stock items?
Orders that are placed before midday (12 pm) on Monday to Thursday will be dispatched via a courier for a next day delivery. We do try to ensure this however exceptional circumstances (weather/vehicle breakdowns) may occur that can cause a delay to the order. If this was to happen, we would notify you accordingly.
Orders that are placed after midday (12 pm) up to 2 pm on Monday to Thursday may still be able to be dispatched for a next day delivery. This is not assured as such we recommend that for a next day delivery orders are placed in the morning.
During extremely busy holiday periods customers may have to wait up to 3 working days for delivery.
Orders that are placed on Friday Morning (before 12 pm) will be dispatched for a Monday delivery.
Orders that are placed on either Friday Afternoon (after 12pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched for a Tuesday delivery.

What is the minimum order value for free delivery?
All orders over £150 (excluding VAT) will receive free delivery within the UK mainland.

Why can I only buy in Combi Box or Bulk quantities?
Combi box are what we call Combination boxes where you receive equal number of containers and lids in the same box, these are aimed at supplying small to medium sized businesses.
Bulk quantities are for larger volume businesses, only available in pallet formation. Lids and Containers are boxed separately.
Are your products recyclable?
Many the SystemPAK product range are recyclable. To see if a product is suitable for recycling please take a look at the product specification section on any product page.

Where are you based?
The SystemPAK Head Office is based in Holt, Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire. We serve customers who require food container of both ‘heat-sealed and tamper-evident products’​ across the UK, Ireland and even internationally via our UK distribution warehouse.
If products are damaged can I return them?
Yes. Return damaged goods, within 7 days. Please refer to our Terms & conditions.
Do you supply machines?
Yes. We source both TE Lid Machines and Heat Sealing Machines.
Do you supply catering and disposable product ranges?
Yes. Our range is always extending.
Do you supply ready meal trays with a top seal?
Yes. These are available, please contact the Sales Office.
