Half Gastro Black Rectangular CPET Trays offer a secure, cost-effective and professional solution for bulk food packaging, ready meals and takeaway applications. Designed for top-seal use, these trays provide excellent product protection while delivering a premium presentation.
A key advantage of top-seal trays is their lower unit cost compared to trays with pre-formed lids, helping businesses reduce packaging costs without compromising quality. As part of the OvenPAK range, these trays are oven-safe and ideal for ready meals and “bake-off” products, allowing brands to achieve a supermarket-quality finish.
Manufactured from high-quality, high-gloss CPET material, the trays are highly durable and resistant to deformation under extreme temperatures. They are suitable for use in the microwave, conventional oven and freezer, withstanding temperatures down to -40°C while maintaining their shape and performance.
All trays are certified to ISO and BRC industry standards, approved for food contact, and fully recyclable. They can be sealed using compatible sealing dies, manual heat-sealing machines and lidding films, and can be enhanced with self-adhesive labels and cardboard sleeves for customised branding and presentation.
