QF260T-S  Small Pneumatic Tray Sealing Machine

Manufactured from stainless steel and an anodised aluminium die set with state of the art electronics- this machine is specially  designed for the food industry.

Furthermore it  is designed to take two cassettes of tray sizes : eg   it will accomodate 2 impressions of either  171 x 127 or 187 x 137 whilst the other will take 1 x 227 x 178  0r 200 x 155 or similar – important to note that the system ‘die cuts’ the film ie it trims the excess film around the tray to present a very professional and neat finish.

This series of three different sized sealing machines offers the opportunity to top seal a wide range of different tray sizes – see chart in gallery for actual measurements.

The machine is ideal for packaging all kinds of ready-to-use foods either chilled or frozen for sale in stores , supermarkets or takeaways. The table top machine is both simple and easy to operate and requires no training

Lead time via sea freight is normally 8 > 10 weeks  . However we can offer a quicker service via air freight ie 10 > 15 w/days- but this does incur a surcharge of + £445.00
