Semi Automatic Heat Sealing Machine
Our semi-automatic heat sealing machine is a great upgrade from a manual machine to enable faster packaging of goods.
Instead of manual machines which have dies that can be swapped out by hand, this machine has all the dies built in. This allows for 115 different containers to be sealed in this machine – with no extra cost for different dies. If you are unsure if this machine seals your preferred containers or trays, have a look on the container or tray listing to see the compatible machines and lidding films linked in the description.
One of the main benefits of top-seal containers is that the unit price can be a lot lower than a similar-sized tamper evident container and snap-on lid. Aside from saving money, top-seal containers provide an exciting and diverse opportunity to package products in a different way than containers and lids as they can be oven safe, can have multiple cavities, and can be packaged together in seconds.
To use this machine you will need trays and lidding film.
