This quality 35mic Printed Film has been specially designed for the Ready Meal sector – with the generic  message ‘Thank you for your order …..enjoy your meal’   Note the white tab where details of the contents can be written in  OR where a self-adhesive label + logo can be applied to provide a more professional look!  We can also help with this if required.

This Q-Top Universal 101 PET23 is an exceptionally strong coated polyester film engineered specifically for ‘Pressed Board Trays’—it provides a positive, leak-proof seal every time, even at short ‘sealing dwell times’! It displays extraordinary slip properties and a low-temperature melt coating, making it ideal for when ‘peel ability’ applications are required, e.g., Ready Meals.

However, it can also be used on a multitude of other materials such as Apet, Cpet, PVC, PP, PE, HDPE, PS, ABS, Aluminium, Coated and uncoated Paper, unglazed pottery, Glass etc

It is dual ovenable and is also suitable for both chill and frozen conditions

The film contains 30% PCR content and can also be printed according to the client’s requirements – though an MOQ of approximately: 150 rolls may apply

There are approx: 1500 impressions on a roll – which means that each impression costs less than 3p each !!!!
