This film is designed specifically for SystemPAK Trays and can be used with ALL  suitably sized APET ,  CPET and CA-PET Trays.

Please contact us directly before ordering to confirm the film is compatible with non-SystemPAK Trays, we will not accept liability if used with any other trays than ours.

Lidding film is essential to create an air and liquid-tight seal to Top Seal Containers and trays. If you are unsure which lidding film you need, have a look at the listing for the Container/Tray that you want to seal to find the right film, die, and suitable machines linked in the description.

This product is commonly bought alongside sealing dies, automatic heat-sealing machines or manual heat-sealing machines and top seal containers

Technical Data :

Ecopet 12/15 mu Transparent Ovenable lidding film  with Anti- Fog – which prevents ‘unsightly’ misting on the underside of the film after application has been completed

When used with suitably sized trays will provide approx. 1100+ impressions

Provides an excellent ‘weld seal ‘ to substrate

Tensile strength at break :  MD: 7.0 da N/15mm

Exhibits strong barrier properties :    Oxygen  55cc/m2/24hr.bar    Water Vapour 25g/m2/24hr     Carbon Dioxide  300 cc/m2/24hr. bar

Operating temperature range for heat sealing:   180 o/c >  200 o/c      Dwell time : Once up to temperature , normally seconds

Packing :  2 rolls per carton
