Our 260x160mm Rectangular Top Seal Trays are a versatile and cost-effective solution for fresh meat and food packaging, offering durability, flexibility, and a professional retail presentation.

With a wide range of depth options, these trays are suitable for various portion sizes and product types:

• 40mm – approx. 1100ml
• 50mm – approx. 1500ml
• 62mm – approx. 1700ml
• 70mm – approx. 2000ml
• 95mm – approx. 3000ml

Manufactured from high-quality polypropylene (PP), these trays are supplied in clear as standard to maximise product visibility in retail environments. A white option is also available subject to minimum order quantities, allowing you to align packaging with your brand requirements. For fresh meat applications, soak pads can be added to absorb excess moisture and enhance presentation.

A key benefit of top seal packaging is its lower cost compared to rigid-lidded alternatives, making it ideal for high-volume operations looking to reduce packaging spend while maintaining quality. These trays are designed for use with heat-sealing machines, sealing dies, and lidding film, ensuring a secure and efficient sealing process.

To meet different shelf-life and barrier requirements, the trays can be supplied in a range of material structures (subject to extended lead times):

• PP + PE – improved seal performance (approx. +20%)
• PP + EVOH + PE – enhanced barrier protection (approx. +30%)
• PP + EVOH + PP – high-barrier solution for extended shelf life (approx. +100%)

All products are manufactured in line with ISO and BRC food safety standards and are fully recyclable, supporting sustainable packaging choices.
