Our 260x177mm Rectangular Top Seal Meat Trays offer a reliable and cost-effective solution for fresh meat and protein packaging, combining durability with a clean, professional presentation. Designed for butchers, meat processors, and food manufacturers, these trays are ideal for high-volume retail and wholesale environments.

Available in two depths, these trays provide flexibility depending on portion size:

• 55mm depth – approx. 1800ml capacity
• 75mm depth – approx. 2400ml capacity

Manufactured as standard in black polypropylene (PP), these trays deliver excellent strength and product visibility. Alternative colours such as clear, white, or red are available on request, allowing you to tailor packaging to your brand or product type. For enhanced product performance, soak pads can also be inserted to manage excess moisture—ideal for fresh meat applications.

A key benefit of top seal trays is their lower cost compared to rigid-lidded packaging, helping reduce overall packaging spend while maintaining a high-quality finish. These trays are compatible with industry-standard sealing systems, ensuring a secure and tamper-evident seal when used with the correct sealing die, heat-sealing machine, and lidding film.

To suit different shelf-life and barrier requirements, this product is available in a range of material structures:

• PP + PE – enhanced sealability (approx. 20% cost increase)
• PP + EVOH + PE – improved barrier properties (approx. 30% cost increase)
• PP + EVOH + PP – high-performance barrier solution (approx. 100% cost increase)

All trays are manufactured in line with ISO and BRC food safety standards and are 100% recyclable, supporting environmentally responsible packaging choices.
