DQ440VSL  Large Skin Packing machine    

Manufactured from stainless steel and an anodised aluminium die set with state of the art electronics- this machine is specially designed for the food industry.

It enables the air to be either evacuated or gas flushed from the product and tray, which then allows the vacuum pump to draw the film down tightly around the product onto the base board or tray – providing an 100% air tight seal and thereby extending the shelf life of the product

The machine is designed to take several cassettes of tray sizes: eg it will accomodate 4 impressions of  small trays  but only 2 of larger ones such as 260 x 179 – important to note that the system ‘die cuts’ the film ie it trims the excess film around the base tray to present a very professional and neat finish.

The listed cost of machine includes 1 only die set – additional die sets are costed seperately

This series of two different sized sealing machines offers the opportunity to top seal a wide range of different tray sizes – see chart in gallery for actual measurements.

Please note that we can customise tray size to clients requirements – obviously limited by cassette dimensions

The machine is ideal for packaging all kinds of prime meat, fish and poultry etc for supermarkets or deli’s . The table top machine is both simple and easy to operate and requires no training

The electrical supply is 3 phase : 380V : 50Hz   Vacuum Pump included

This machine will require the additional purchase of a small 50L compressor, which are widely available at circa £150 – 250

Whilst installation is not included- the machine can quite easily be installed by most competent engineers. However, we can if required assist in finding a local engineer to install and commission

The manufacturer offers a 12 month warranty PLUS online support with video tutorials etc

Lead time via sea freight is normally 6 > 8 weeks . However we can offer a quicker service via air freight ie 10 > 15 w/days- but this does naturally  incur a surcharge of circa  £450.00
